Jeffrey T. Bedingfield

Jeff, a long-time resident of northern Colorado, has restricted his practice to a smaller client base that is:

  • interested in planning the transfer of significant wealth involving a closely held or family-owned business or the potential liability for gift and estate taxes;
  • planning or effecting the sale or succession of a closely held or family-owned business;
  • involved with the acquisition of a business; or
  • involved with substantial commercial or industrial real estate transactions.

Jeff earned his law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon.  During law school, he served for three years as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Howard J. Blanding of the Circuit Court for Clackamas County, Oregon.

In 1980, he and his wife, Dayna, moved to Colorado. Jeff spent two years with a regional investment broker, Boettcher & Company, where he built his base of knowledge of securities and investment markets.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys all that Colorado has to offer… cycling, golf, skiing, hiking and fishing!
