Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' prior experience handling real estate and/or business transactions, including experience in contract drafting and review and entity formation. Must be licensed in Colorado and reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Northern Colorado. This is a unique opportunity to join a well-respected, growing practice. Full-Time Real Estate and Transactional Paralegal to join our busy practice. Our ideal candidate is intelligent, self motivated, detail oriented, well organized, skilled at multi-tasking and a good communicator. We are looking for a minimum of 5 years' experience working with real estate and business transactions. Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Professional. Must have experience and proficiency with Colorado Court e-filing, Simplifile e-filing, and Colorado Secretary of State e-filing. Experience with Westlaw and Timeslips a plus.
