We currently have the following two positions available:
EXPERIENCED REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our transactions practice group. This is a unique opportunity to work with an established and respected team representing clients throughout Northern Colorado in complex real estate and business matters.
Responsibilities:
* Handle a broad range of real estate matters, including purchase and sale
transactions, leases, easements, boundary disputes, and development matters
* Provide strategic guidance to clients on land use, zoning, entitlements, and
related administrative proceedings
* Collaborate with colleagues on complex business and real estate cases, bringing
practical solutions and strong client service to every matter
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctorate and admission to Colorado Bar
(or be eligible for admission)
* Minimum 5+ years of real estate law experience
* Land use and zoning experience is highly desirable
* Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
* Strong business sense and ability to work independently while thriving in a team
environment
*Must be licensed in Colorado and reside in, or be willing to relocate to Northern Colorado
LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
We are seeking a litigation associate attorney to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
* Handle a wide variety of matters involving complex civil, real estate, business, and trust and estate litigation
* Collaborate with colleagues on complex litigation matters, working toward
practical solutions while providing excellent client service
Qualifications:
* Juris Doctorate and admission to Colorado Bar (or be eligible for admission)
* Completion of a judicial clerkship or 1-3 years' prior experience in a law firm setting required
* Must be licensed in Colorado and reside in, or be willing to relocate to, Northern Colorado
