Brandy E. Natalzia

Brandy, a dedicated runner, is a member of our business and transactions team. She graduated, cum laude, from Florida Coastal School of Law where she received Class Book Awards for her work on Trusts & Estates and Transactional Drafting. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, cum laude, from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Brandy is admitted to practice in Colorado and Florida.

Before relocating to Northern Colorado with her husband, Brandy worked as an associate attorney at Eavenson, Fraser, Lunsford & Evans, P.L. in Florida, handling corporate transactions and entity formation. She is a former judicial intern for the Honorable Jay Cohen of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Honorable Marcia Morales Howard of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. While in law school, Brandy served as the Managing Editor of the Florida Coastal Law Review and was the Chief Managing Editor of the Public Interest Research Bureau, a student organization committed to providing free legal research to underserved clients. Prior to law school, she worked for a national homebuilder, where she prepared and implemented a successful training program for new home sales and dealt exclusively with contract preparation and negotiation.

Brandy’s practice with the firm focuses on all areas of real estate and business transactions, including entity formation and contract drafting, review and negotiations. She specializes in complex commercial real estate deals, as well as business mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases.  Brandy currently serves as the President of the Northern Colorado chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), which is an international organization dedicated to the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry.

Brandy is an avid runner and loves the Colorado outdoors at any time of the year.  On the weekends, you may find her hiking the trails or training for her next race.
