Ryann Cahill, Associate *

Ryann Cahill is a transactional attorney assisting clients in navigating a wide range of business and real estate matters.  

Ryann earned her law degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law, with a concentration in Business Law.    

Prior to joining Otis & Bedingfield, LLC, Ryann was an associate with a boutique San Diego law firm, where her practice primarily involved litigating commercial and residential real estate matters, where she gained experience in disputes involving real estate sales and ownership, breaches of lease, title issues, easements, encroachments, and boundary disputes.  

While in law school, Ryann worked with the New Media Rights Clinic, supporting creators and small business owners with legal issues, including copyright infringement and contract drafting.  She also served as a law clerk at several local law firms gaining experience, both on the plaintiff and defense sides, in a variety of property-related litigation matters.  

Ryann is admitted to practice law in California.  Her admission to the Colorado Bar is currently pending.

Ryann began her career as a Systems Engineer and Mechanical Design Engineer.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
