Pablo E. Perez, Associate

Attorney Pablo E. Perez has experience representing a wide spectrum of clients in such matters as business formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment relations, intellectual property (IP) and brand management, secured transactions, and real estate leases.  Pablo’s’ blend of transactional and litigation experience informs his specialties: assessing and allocating risk in negotiations and contract drafting.

Known for his pragmatic and adaptive style, Pablo tailors his counsel to the needs of each client and situation.  He values collaboration over confrontation, recognizing the priority of protecting a client’s interests.

Pablo clerked for the Honorable Justice Richard L. Gabriel of the Colorado Supreme Court, gaining exposure and experience in varied and complex appellate matters, while acquiring insight into judicial decision-making.  He also clerked with law practices specializing in Family Law and IP, expanding his knowledge of asset management, in both individual and business contexts.

Pablo earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder in 2025, where he served as Class President and held leadership roles in the Barrister’s Council, Student Fee Committee, and Latinx Law Students Association.  Pablo holds a Bachelor of Arts, Public Relations, Minor in Legal Studies, from Texas Tech University.

Pablo is fluent in English and Spanish and is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Colorado Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Pablo enjoys exploring the fine arts, studying the latest technologies, and cultural immersion-focused travel.
