Jessica (Jessie) L. Miglarese, Associate
Attorney Jessica “Jessie” Miglarese’s practice focuses on estate planning and administration. She advises clients on the various legal, tax, procedural, and practical considerations related to their estate plans, trust administration, and probate.
Jessie earned her undergraduate degree from Colorado State University and her law degree from Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. She is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association.
Prior to joining Otis & Bedingfield, Jessie gained experience in several practice areas ranging from interning at pro bono legal clinics in law school to practicing in wealth management and estate planning, which allows Jessie to bring a well-rounded perspective to the relevant considerations and problems clients might face at any level of wealth. Additionally, Jessie has experience working in healthcare compliance where she developed her knowledge regarding incapacity planning – a fundamental piece of estate planning.
