Annaliese (Anna) Bennett, Associate

Anna is a transactional attorney with a practice focus on estate planning, minimizing the potential liability for gift and estate taxes, and trust and probate administration.

A South Carolina native, Anna earned her undergraduate degree from the Honors College at the University of South Carolina, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications (summa cum laude) in 2022 from the College of Journalism.

Anna earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2025 from the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder, Colorado.  During law school, Anna interned with a large public manufacturing company where she developed valuable transactional skills and gained experience with contract law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.  Anna also clerked with a local law firm where she gained further experience with corporate law matters and was exposed to estate planning, where she has since found her niche.

Anna is a member of the Weld and Larimer County Bar Associations, as well as the Colorado Bar Association, including the Trust and Estate Section.

When not practicing law, Anna enjoys hot yoga and taking her pup to explore the beautiful Colorado outdoors.
