Otis & Bedingfield, LLC is taking the situation with coronavirus very seriously. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, presents our world, country and business community with a unique public health challenge. Otis & Bedingfield’s primary goal is to continue to provide uninterrupted service to our clients, while ensuring the health and safety of our employees and community. Due to the Governor’s Order and the virus our offices are closed to the public but our attorneys and staff are still working to provide all of our legal services to clients.
We have made accommodations for clients to schedule phone conferences in place of in person meetings, and exchange documents via email.
We know that there will be unexpected challenges in the weeks to come, and our management team is prepared to respond to those challenges as they present themselves. There will be ongoing communications as the situation progresses. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.
