Timothy P. Brynteson
Tim, a fan of TCBY frozen yogurt, is not your average tax attorney. He is a business pro, having previously managed a large Ford dealership in Greeley, Colorado. Jennifer is our Firm Administrator, which means she oversees all of the day to day operations of the firm, and handles all of the budgeting, accounting, planning, staffing, and all things IT. She received her bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. She has extensive business management and accounting experience, and is returning home, so to speak, having previously worked for over seven years with managing members Fred L. Otis and Jennifer Lynn Peters when they were members of Otis, Coan & Peters, LLC.

Cindy is the paralegal for attorneys Jennifer Lynn Peters and Timothy R. Odil. Cindy has over 10 years of prior experience in the legal field and previously served as Treasurer of the Kersey Area Chamber of Commerce.
Christy is a paralegal for our litigation team. She received her Post-Bachelor Paralegal Certificate from Lansing Community College in 2013. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration from Northwood University in 2011. Christy moved to Colorado from Michigan in 2013. She has experience with legal research and rental property management, as well as volunteer work for the Arenac County Prosecutor’s Office in Michigan.
Joan serves as the legal assistant for Don Hoff. She has over 35 years of legal experience providing freelance legal support services through Legal Works as well as working for several law offices in Greeley. She has an Associate in Arts degree from Aims and attained Certified Legal Assistant status through NALA. Joan enjoys camping, hiking and fishing in the Colorado mountains.
