Litigation Attorney:

Otis, Bedingfield & Peters, LLC, a top-rated Colorado law firm, seeks an associate attorney with at least 5 years relevant experience to join our litigation team. We handle complex commercial, real estate, probate, and oil and gas litigation, including appeals. This attorney will draft court pleadings, briefs, and discovery; conduct legal research; engage in depositions and other fact discovery activities; work with and direct other team members to develop case management plans and oversee discovery, including managing case dockets, case tasks, schedules, timelines and document review and production; and communicate with clients, courts and opposing counsel. Must be licensed in Colorado, reside in or be willing to relocate to Northern Colorado, and play well with others. We hire selectively with the goal of adding team members who are committed to the firm’s mission, values, and culture. Ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a strong work ethic, strong legal analysis abilities, and be self-motivated, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Oil and Gas Attorney:

Otis, Bedingfield & Peters, LLC, a top-rated regional law firm, seeks an oil and gas attorney with at least 5 years relevant experience to join our team. This attorney will review and negotiate oil ang gas leases, surface use agreements, and easements; prepare and review deeds conveying mineral rights; advise clients on mineral issues; represent mineral owners, oil and gas companies, and oil and gas service companies on contracts, acquisition and sale of mineral rights, and disputes involving payment and entitlement to royalties; and handle determinations of heirship proceedings and quiet title actions involving mineral rights. Must be licensed in Colorado, reside in or be willing to relocate to Northern Colorado, and play well with others.
